Dear Residents,
This letter is to update the status of the breezeway
ceilings. The repairs began December 20th
and were anticipated to be completed within a month, as many of you are aware;
the work is not quite complete due to weather and unexpected construction
delays. In speaking with the Contractor,
they expect to be finished by Friday, February 3rd. Again, please use caution when entering and
leaving the breezeways during these repairs.
As always we appreciate your patience and understanding as
we make continued efforts to keep Legacy On The Bay a beautiful place to call
home.
